I wanted to share an amazing story that has been played out this week in our office.

We received a telephone call earlier this week regarding a doctor who had been trying desperately to return to the UK to join in the battle being fought by our frontline workers against this deadly virus. Having finally secured a flight back to the UK his next issue was to find accommodation in the area.

After consulting with landlord clients we were pleased to not only secure him furnished accommodation, but the landlord insisted on taking no rent for the period of the tenancy, feeling it was the least she could do to repay the sacrifice the doctor was making to safeguard our community.

This just gives you a glimpse into how we must all do everything we can to protect those who are voluntarily putting themselves at the forefront of this fight.

So, stay at home…protect the NHS.
