With the Jubilee break upon us I wanted to outline to you our instructions for emergencies over this period.

Our office will close at 5.30pm on 1^st June 2022 and reopen on Monday 6^th June at 9am.

We would ask that any repairs for this period are reported to us via email at lettings@boothroyd.co.uk

Should you have a genuine gas or electricity issue then our emergency number for such instances are listed below.

Should you have a gas maintenance emergency on days the office isn’t manned please contact Rheams Heating & Plumbing on 07973 900140.  Also for electrical maintenance emergencies during this time contact Hertz Electrical on 07734385543.

So, we would advise all tenants familiarise themselves with the location of the mains water stopcock, location of the fuse board with trip switches and the location of your gas meter.
