With the Easter break almost upon us we wanted to outline to you our instructions for emergencies over this period.

We will continue to work from the office until 5.30pm on 28^th March and reopen at 9.00am on Tuesday 2^nd April 2024.

During this time essential repairs should be reported to us via email at lettings@boothroyd.co.uk.

Should you have a genuine gas or electricity issue then our emergency number for such instances are listed below.

For Gas Leaks please call The Gas Emergency Number 0800 111 999

For Power Cuts or electrical emergencies please call 0800 316 3105 or visit https://www.ukpowernetworks.co.uk/power-cut

Should you have a gas maintenance emergency on days the office isn’t manned please contact Rheams Heating & Plumbing on 07973 900140.  Also, for electrical maintenance emergencies during this time contact Hertz Electrical on 07734 385543.

So, we would advise all tenants familiarise themselves with the location of the mains water stopcock, location of the fuseboard with trip switches and the location of your gas meter.
